Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the June 16 meeting were reviewed.  Mike LaBonte noted that the date
for this meeting was incorrectly given as June 25.  Lance Wang moved to approve with
correction as noted.  Randy Wang seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- Bob Ross to review the BIRD181.2 draft
  - Not done yet.


IBISCHK7 and TSCHK2 binary license:
Mike LaBonte reported SAE ITC had reviewed the license document and asked a few
questions.  He showed the email and his reply, as well as the IBISCHK7 and TSCHK2
web pages.  Randy Wolff said he would also reply to that email.  Bob Ross asked if
there had been a response from Intel.  Mike showed an email from Michael Mirmak.
Bob Ross noted that some executables are included with the source package.  Mike said
we should insure that the binary license does not conflict.

AR: Mike LaBonte to check with SAE ITC and Intel on final binary license wording


New parser bugs:
Bob Ross reported there were no new bug reports.


IBISCHK 7.0.2 development:
Bob Ross said we were waiting for the Open Forum approval vote.  
Bob had sent a reminder to SAE ITC about approving the contract document.


IBISCHK7 and TSCHK2 source code license agreements
Bob Ross reported that all new purchases have been completed and delivered.
